Wonice Wildene Nease

Wonice Wildene Nease, 74, of Mtn.View, Arkansas, departed this life on Saturday, October 22,2022.  She was born in Mtn. View, Arkansas, on September 16, 1948, to Jim Dan Powell and Thelma Eleanore Burns Powell.

She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses and during her working years was a hairdresser.

Wonice is survived by her son, Donnie Lee Chism, of Mtn. View; a daughter, Rhonda Morgan (Terry), of Mtn. View; brothers, Larry Powell, of Dolph, Bennett Powell, Jackie Powell, Eddie Powell, Tony Powell, all of Mtn. View; sisters, Nellie Wilson, of Little Rock, Teresa Sanders, of Dolph, Lesa Thurman, of Mtn. View, Patty James, of Mtn. View; five grandchildren, Melissa, Michael, Matthew, Kyle, and Kristen; two great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Donald Chism, Col. Wiley Atkinson, and Steve Nease, brother, Wayne Powell, and sister, Jola Faye Allen.
