Mark William Simpkins was born on May 02, 1962, to Donald Edward and Ellen Mildred (McEndree) Simpkins at Shepard's Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. He went to be with his Lord and Savior this week in Newark, Arkansas.

Mark and Linda Simpkins were married on May 15, of 2015, in Bentonville, Arkansas. Linda survives at the home.

Mark was a truck driver for 32 years. Mark drove most recently for CFI, CTI, CEI and John Christiner Trucking. Mark had a heart of gold that he wore on his sleeve. He was always willing to help anybody he could with whatever they needed.

Mark graduated in 1980 from Pea Ridge High School in Pea Ridge, Arkansas, where he holds the championship record for blowing the biggest bubble gum balloon.He was a 8member of the Nazarene Church and prided himself by telling people that his parents and Uncle Chuck built the Nazarene Church in Pea Ridge. When Mark was younger he placed second in the district for his Church Quiz-bowl.

Mark is survived by his children David Michael, from Wichita Kansas, Timothy Simpkins of Kansas, Christopher (Sasha) Jennings, of Rolla, Missouri, his daughter, Savannah (Corbin) Jenkins, of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Rianna Eckenrod of Missouri. He is also survived by two step daughters, Kara (Jacob) Chase, of Granby Missouri, and Alisha (Jordan) Houk of Neosho. His grandchildren Brayden, Kayley, Abby, Journey, Kenton,Boston, Emma, Avadel. His brothers, David Simpkins, of Delaware 1, Arkansas, and Paul (Gail) Simpkins, of Pea Ridge, Arkansas. Sister, Julia Simpkins, of Gulf Shores, Alabama, Doyle (Heather) Weiss, of Neosho, Sherry Henderson of Gravette, Arkansas, sister in-law, Dianne Laster, of North Dakota, Kathy White and Kay Brown of Wenatchee Washington, Darlene Brandt, of Los Molinos, California, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mark was predeceased by his parents, Brothers, Donnie and Keith, and a sister, Janet, along with his maternal and paternal grandparents, and his Aunt Rose and Uncle Chuck Pethoud.

A Memorial Service will be Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Church of the Nazarene, 150 Barris Lane, in Pea Ridge, Arkansas.
