Kevin Fred Urbany

Kevin Fred Urbany, 72, of Mountain View, Arkansas, departed this life on Friday, October 2, 2026, in Batesville.  He was born on June 27, 1954, in Detroit, Michigan, to Donald Penrose Urbany and Helen Clara Zirbel. 

During his working years he was an electrical and mechanical engineer. Kevin served our country in the United States Army. 

He enjoyed meeting people and having great conversations with them.  One of his favorite times was eating BBQ prepared by Eric and having a good home cooked meal.  He loved the outdoors and enjoyed taking care of his lawn. 

Left to cherish his memory is his sons, Joseph Urbany, KC Urbany, and Eric (Lacey) Payne; and several grandchildren.

Kevin is preceded in death by his parents; brothers; son, Wayne; and other family members.

A Celebration of Life will be Saturday, October 17, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at 19878 Highway 14 in Mountain View, Arkansas.
