Cynthia Ann Mertz, 70, of Batesville, departed this life on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at her home, She was born on December 13, 1953, in Reading, Pennsylvania, to Lawrence Wells and Josephine Gattone Wells.
Cynthia worked in administration with various industries during her working years. She loved to travel and take road trips to see water falls, lighthouses, and beautiful scenes of nature. Her greatest treasure was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband, Frank, of the home: her caregiver and daughter, Michelle McKinney, of the home, and her daughter, Heather McGill, of Melbourne; her grandchildren, Bethany, Montana, Raiven, Xander, Aryah, and Axton; and her great grandchildren, Jackson and Bryer.
Cynthia is preceded in death by her parents and two sisters, Jacqueline and Deborah.
