Curtis Gene Partee

Curtis Gene Partee, 85, of Batesville, departed this life on Wednesday, October 25, 2023.  He was born in Mountain View, Arkansas on March 2, 1938 to Logan William Partee and Mottie Kathlene Lancaster Partee.  During his working years he was a heavy equipment operator and also farmed.  He was of the Baptist faith.

He and Lois Margarette Guynes Partee were married on January 22, 1955 in Moro, Arkansas and enjoyed over sixty-eight years of marriage.   They enjoyed living on the farm and working with cattle.

Curtis is survived by his loving wife, Lois, of the home; his sons, Robert "Bob" Partee, of Batesville, and Thomas Partee, of Salado; his daughters, Pam Harrison, of Mountain View, and Diane (Barry) Kirkland, of Malvern, Arkansas; his brothers, Howard Partee, of Marianna, and Jerry Partee, of Mountain View; his sisters, Mary Stigall, Betty Cates, and Kay Woody, all of Mountain View; five grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; several nephews; nieces; and friends.
