Charlene Haynes Herrin

Charlene Haynes Herrin, 56, of Batesville, AR passed away peacefully on Monday, August 17, 2026, in Batesville, Arkansas @ 10:20 a.m. She was born on August 20, 1969, in Silsbee, Texas, to Charles Alfred Haynes and Elizabeth Hill Haynes. Mothered by Evelyn Haynes

Charlene will be remembered by her family and loved ones for the life she shared with them and the memories she leaves behind. Though her time on earth has come to an end, the love she gave and the memories she created will remain in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughters, Tiffany Garrett of Houston, Texas, and April Bell of Beaumont, Texas; her son, William “Willy” Bell of Vidor, Tx.; her brothers, James Haynes and Peter Haynes, both of Jasper, Tx.; Michael Haynes and Jerry Whilshire of Waco, Tx; and her sisters, Joyce Baird of Kountze, Tx.; Sherry Keel and Diane Jones of Merryville, Louisiana; and Liz McCollum of Jasper, Tx. Sherri Wilshire of Waco, Tx. Adopted daughter Karen Carlson.

She is also survived by her 14 grandchildren, her great-grandchildren, Maisie Mae Garrett and Everly Shirley; her Soul Mate, Johnny Moser, of 13 years; her mother, Elizabeth Ellis; and her mother of nurture, Evelyn Keel.

Charlene was preceded in death by her father, Charles Alfred Haynes.

Her life may have ended, but her story will forever be written in our hearts.
